Jump in!

As the weekend is almost here I wanted to share something you should do this weekend: swim. Here in the UK, the weather is scouring and in most of Europe it is as well. And having a swim is an amazing way to cool down.

Besides being good to cool you down, the most amazing thing about swimming is the sensory experience you can get from it. The water moving around your body, the pressure it gives, and the way it feels when moving your body. The small currents that swirl around your legs when you kick them a little bit. It’s amazing.

And also, if you are like me, it’s quite tiring, so after swimming for about half an hour, your tired, and this is the best time to really relax. Which is great, because it is the weekend! 🙂
