Phew, the weekend is almost here!
Time to spend time with friends, family, your pets or other loved ones. But most of all, the weekend is time to relax. And what other way to really relax like taking a nap?
A lot of great and successful people throughout history made napping their daily ritual. Think about Edison (it is even said he didn’t sleep!), Winston Churchill (part of his daily schedule), Salvador Dali (a ‘one-second nap’) and Albert Einstein.
Napping can give you that boost of energy you need for that night out, or just to really enjoy your time together with the people around you. It is also very relaxing after having just spent a lot of energy, like after swimming ;). Plus it is said that it helps your creativity!
So, for this weekend, try to find some time to take a nap, it will do you good. 🙂
